Back2Nature is childcare with a difference

We are a HOME BASED childcare provider licensed by the Ministry of Education. All our quality Educators go through a comprehensive assessment and we ensure that they have a passion for care that takes into account parent's aspirations for their children.

Our programme and philosophy has a environmental centred belief that children learn best when spending time in nature. Research shows that children have excellent ready for school and life skills when nature is used as a tool for learning.

Back2Nature Childcare is currently offering care for children in the Whangarei and Kawakawa areas.

Exploring our world

Back2Nature kids spend a lot of time outside. With fresh air and clear minds, we discover the wonders of natural New Zealand and learn from the land.

Learning is fun

We play games, we act silly, we do dress ups and have lots of fun! On rainy days we do baking, art, dancing, gymnastics, go to the library and much more.

Enjoying nature

We believe that nature is a very important part of a child’s learning experience and we like to use our natural environment to create an enhanced learning experience.
